Privacy, in brief. Optional Google sign-in uses basic identity information. We do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising or generalized AI training. This public website has no analytics or tracking cookies. You can contact DigiKK to request access, correction, or deletion.

1. Who we are and what this covers

AI ONE is operated by DigiKK ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy covers our public website at www.aione.top and the AI ONE account and authentication services when made available. BASE is the shared identity infrastructure used by AI ONE; it is not a separate operator for this policy.

Connected applications may process their own content, business records, transactions, or other application data. Their privacy notices explain that processing. A AI ONE account does not give every connected application unrestricted access to your data.

Google sign-in is being prepared. The sections below explain the data we will request and use when that optional sign-in method is offered. Publishing this policy does not mean Google sign-in or every connected application is already available.

2. Information we collect

Support requestsYour email address, message, and information you choose to send us.Respond to support and privacy requests.

Please do not include passwords, authentication codes, or unrelated sensitive information in support emails.

3. Google sign-in and Google user data

Google sign-in, when available, will request only the basic identity scopes openid, email, and profile. We will not request access to your Gmail messages, Google Drive files, contacts, calendar, or other Google account content for sign-in. We do not receive your Google password.

We use Google identity data only to verify your identity, create or locate your account, display your basic profile, maintain authorized access, and protect the account. Your Google email is not permission to send marketing messages.

We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising or profiling, or use it to train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models. Google identity information and OAuth tokens are not submitted to AI model providers as prompts or training data. Any future feature requiring additional Google access will require a separate explanation and authorization before access occurs.

AI ONE’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements where applicable.

4. How we use information

We use information to deliver the website, provide requested account services, authenticate users, enforce permissions for connected applications, communicate about account or security matters, respond to requests, and meet legal obligations. We do not use account data for unrelated purposes without an appropriate basis and, where required, your consent.

Where applicable data protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on performance of the service you request, legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, consent where required, and compliance with legal obligations. You may withdraw consent for optional processing; this does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.

5. When information is shared

We share information only as needed for the following purposes:

  • Google: Google processes the authorization request when you choose Google sign-in, under its own Privacy Policy.
  • Service providers: Hosting, infrastructure, and support providers process the information necessary to perform services for us, subject to appropriate confidentiality and data protection obligations.
  • Connected applications: An application receives only the identity and access information needed for the access you request, subject to its permissions. We do not provide it with your password or Google OAuth credentials.
  • Legal and security needs: We may disclose information when legally required or necessary to protect users, prevent abuse, or respond to valid legal requests.
  • A change of operator: If a transfer affects account data, we will provide notice and obtain consent where required. Google user data remains subject to applicable Google policy restrictions.

We do not sell or rent personal information. Human access to Google user data is restricted to situations you authorize or exceptions permitted by Google policy, such as necessary security investigation, legal compliance, or appropriately aggregated internal operations.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

This public website does not set analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies, load third-party fonts, or embed third-party tracking scripts. Our server still receives the request information described above.

When account services become available, essential cookies may be used to maintain login sessions and protect authentication requests. Google may use its own cookies on Google domains during sign-in. Essential account cookies are not used for advertising. You can manage cookies in your browser; blocking essential cookies may prevent sign-in.

7. Retention and deletion

We retain information only as long as needed for its stated purpose or a legal obligation. Website access logs are rotated and retained for no more than 30 days in normal operation, unless specific records need to be preserved for an active security investigation or legal obligation.

Account and linked identity records are retained while the account is active. When you request account deletion, we verify the request and delete or de-identify information that is no longer needed. We aim to respond within 30 days, subject to applicable law, request complexity, and identity verification. Necessary records may be retained for legal compliance, fraud prevention, or resolving a dispute, with access restricted to that purpose.

Where backup copies exist, deleted information may remain until the relevant backup expires and will not be restored to active use except when necessary for recovery and subsequent re-application of the deletion request.

8. Your choices and privacy requests

You may request access to, correction of, a copy of, or deletion of your personal information, and object to or restrict processing where applicable. Contact digikk2026@gmail.com with the subject AI ONE Privacy Request. Identify your account and the request; do not send your password. We may ask for proportionate verification to protect your information.

You can revoke Google access through your Google Account connections. Revocation stops future access permitted by that Google authorization; it does not itself delete your AI ONE account or records we already lawfully hold. To delete those records, contact us. If Google is your only sign-in method, revoking it may prevent access until you restore authorization or arrange another supported method.

Depending on your location, you may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

9. Security and international processing

We use HTTPS for this website and use access restrictions and authentication controls appropriate to the service. Account and provider credentials are intended to remain on the server; connected applications are not given your Google password. No transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.

Our hosting and service providers may process information outside your country. Where required by applicable law, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers. Contact us if you need information about the safeguards relevant to your request.

10. Children

AI ONE is intended for adults aged 18 or older and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can investigate and remove it where appropriate.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes to the service or legal requirements. The date above identifies the current version. We will provide an appropriate notice of material changes and obtain fresh consent before new access or uses that require it. A policy update alone does not authorize new Google data access.
