Terms of Service

1. The service and this agreement

These Terms of Service apply to the AI ONE website at www.aione.top and to AI ONE account and authentication services when available. The service is operated by DigiKK ("we," "us," or "our"). BASE is the identity infrastructure used by AI ONE.

By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal information. Connected applications may have additional terms for their own features, content, subscriptions, or transactions.

The service is being rolled out. Some features, including Google sign-in, are not yet available. A description on this website does not guarantee that a feature is currently accessible.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. Provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and use accounts you are entitled to access. Do not share credentials in a way that bypasses access controls.

Account creation or access may require an invitation or application-specific authorization. Having an AI ONE account does not automatically grant access to every connected application, private workspace, paid feature, or administrator role.

3. Sign-in methods and Google

Where offered, you may sign in using account credentials or an optional Google account. Google sign-in is governed by Google’s own terms as well as these terms. We do not receive your Google password.

A successful sign-in verifies an identity; permissions are checked separately for each application. Adding another sign-in method may require verification that you control the existing account and the new method. An email address match alone is not authorization to merge accounts.

You may revoke Google authorization in your Google Account settings. If it is your only sign-in method, revocation may prevent further sign-in. Contact us for assistance or account deletion.

4. Acceptable use

You must not:

• Use the service for unlawful activities, impersonation, fraud, harassment, or infringement of others’ rights.
• Access an account or application without permission, circumvent authentication or authorization, or attempt to obtain another user’s credentials.
• Introduce malicious code, disrupt availability, or conduct intrusive security testing without prior written authorization.
• Scrape or collect personal information without a lawful basis and any required authorization.
• Misrepresent your relationship with AI ONE, DigiKK, Google, or a connected application.

You are responsible for activities you authorize through your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

5. Connected applications and AI features

AI ONE provides an identity and access foundation. A connected application is responsible for its own features and domain-specific data under its applicable terms and privacy notice.

Where an application offers AI-generated output, that output may be incomplete or inaccurate. Review important results before relying on them. AI output does not replace qualified professional advice. Actions affecting external services, purchases, or other people remain subject to the relevant application’s authorization and confirmation requirements.

6. Content and intellectual property

You retain rights you hold in the information and content you submit. You grant us only the rights necessary to process that information to provide the service you request and as described in the Privacy Policy.

The website’s design, service marks, and original materials belong to their respective owners. You may view the website and use the service as permitted by these terms. These terms do not grant rights to Google’s trademarks or imply endorsement by Google.

7. Fees and availability

These terms do not create a paid subscription. If a paid feature is offered, its price, billing terms, cancellation rules, and applicable refund terms will be shown before you purchase it. Connected applications may charge separately.

We may modify features or temporarily interrupt access for maintenance, security, or operational reasons. We will provide notice of material changes where reasonably practicable. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or a fixed release date for planned features.

8. Suspension, termination, and deletion

We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address a breach of these terms, a security threat, unlawful activity, or a legal requirement. Where appropriate and permitted, we will explain the reason and give you an opportunity to resolve it.

You may stop using the service at any time and request account deletion by emailing digikk2026@gmail.com with the subject AI ONE Account Deletion. Deleting an AI ONE account may affect access to connected applications. Application-specific content or transaction records may require a separate request to that application. Retention and deletion are described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers and responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that it will be error-free or that a connected application will meet a particular purpose.

Each party remains responsible for obligations and liabilities imposed by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable protections for consumers. We do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive statutory remedies through these terms.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms when the service or applicable requirements change. We will post the updated version and revise the date above. Material changes will be communicated appropriately before they take effect where required. If you disagree with a change, you may stop using the service.
